200g Savoiardi sponge fingers
200g Condensed milik
50g Good dark chocolate
100ml Marsala wine
150ml Strong warm coffee
Cacao for dusting
Beat the mascarpone and condensed milk in a large bowl until thick.
Chopped the chocolate into chunks and add to the mixture.
Prepare the coffee and pour into a shallow dish, add the Marsala and let cool down.
Dip the sponge fingers one at a time into the coffee but don’t soak.
Arrange the fingers side by side in a serving dish or in a Martini glass as shown by Marco in his video, cover the fingers with the mascarpone mixture and repeat to form layers.
Make sure the top layer is the mixture.
Dust with cocoa and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or so before serving.
