You can now forget your winter stew, we have the perfect spring tastes for you to come and enjoy. Spring Lamb season is underway at Purchases Restaurant - known for being sweet, succulent and tender, these delicate flavours can't be beaten. We are proud that we work with a local butchers, Jordan's to source our lamb to ensure we get a reliable of supply of consistently great local Hampshire lamb.  

Join us throughout May as we celebrate the variety of tender, lamb treats on our menu, including Chef's Lamb Three Ways; featuring Lamb Cutlet, Braised Shoulder Faggot, Sous Vide Neck served with Potato Gallette, Mint, Lamb and Rosemary Reduction and Borlotti Beans, a firm favourite on our new A la Carte menu!
