Valentines Day

Love is in the air……Our head chef Nick Markey will be creating a very special four course menu to delight our couples on this romantic night. The evening set menu is £49.95 per person and tables of two booking tables before 6:15pm will receive a complimentary half bottle of prosecco.

Tuna tartare ‘taco’ with wasabi mayo and coriander cress

Roasted butternut squash ravioli with cep sauce (v)

Chicken Ballotine, roasted sweetcorn puree and wild mushrooms

Textures of cauliflower with halloumi cheese (v)

 

Main

Duck three ways – breast, bon bon and foie grass with buttered spinach, granola, parsnip puree and blackberry jus.

Poached fillet of turbot, white Selsey crab tortellini, green pea puree, samphire and crab bisque

Wild mushroom and parmesan arancini with Roquefort sauce, artichoke and rocket salad (v)

Roasted red pepper and tomato tart with salsa verdi and tomato foam (v)

Selection of English cheeses, quince jelly, black grapes and fine crackers
