Purchases' Top Table

Our events at Chichester’s newest restaurant are on a roll. What’s not to like about last week’s champagne, champagne and more of the French bubbly at Purchases’ Top Table Event?

Head chef Craig created dishes to match the family-owned Drappier Champagne, the range introduced with style by Drappier specialist Laurent Bergmann from Berkmann Wine Cellars. The six-course tasting menu included Smoked Salmon and Turbot ballotine with cavolo nero and a caper Beurre Blanc and Poached Pear with a sablé biscuit (see pics below) and a Bottle of Bubbles for all. Sacré bleu!
