Kick off with Wild Mushroom Arancini with Cep Foam followed by Chicken and Foie Gras Parfait, Apple Chutney and Toasted Brioche and Pan Fried Turbot and Smoked Salmon Ballontine, Macaire Potato, Nettle Purée and Caper Beurre Noisette, three other glittering courses included in the £80.00 per person evening to celebrate champagne and fine food.

Drappier Champagne, from the Reims area of France, has been in the family for eight generations,
the ancient Cisterician abbey’s caves keeping the vineyard’s produce at ideal levels.
Laurent Bergmann, with his 20 years of knowledge and experience working within the wine trade, will delightfully guide you through the best champagne to pair with each dish.
